Learning Experience with Copyright Crash Course Assignment-6340
As one of the reading assignments in my 6340 class, I was to read several articles on copyright crash course. This was an eye opener for me. I learned many new policies and copyright laws that I was not really aware of. Basically what I learned was that you should always give credit where credit is due. You should ask permission if you will be using someone else work. I have being away from a classroom setting for a while and was familiar with some copyright policies but not many. The TEACH Act was a good resource for me. My job requires for me create lesson plans and curriculum activities for middle and high school students, now I understand why my director rather buy the workbooks and audio visuals needed for our lessons instead of copying and pasting from the website. But know I can share with him what I have learned and hopefully save us some money

My name is Mina Hernandez, I am taking two courses this semester. Special Topics and Applications of Technologies. The reason for these two courses if becasue I am pursuing a Master's in Educational Technology. I decided to pursue this degree because I work with middle and high school students and would like to be able to keep up with new ways of teaching in the field of technology.
